摘　　要：目的探讨6S管理模式在综合医院骨科外来手术器械管理中的应用及成效,为外来手术器械管理的持续质量改进提供依据。方法将“整理、整顿、清洁、素养、维持、安全”(6S)运用到医院骨科外来手术器械管理中,观察实施前后手术器械污染率、损失率、丢失率、湿包率、提前放行率等指标变化情况。结果实施6S管理模式后,骨科手术器械污染率、损失率、丢失率和湿包率均明显降低,提前放行率明显增加,医务人员满意度从70.00%提升到85.21%。结论骨科外来手术器械6S管理模式能有效降低骨科院内感染风险,提高医务人员满意度和患者手术安全性,提升器械科学管理水平。Objective To discuss the effects of the application of 6 S management system on rented surgical instruments in orthopedics in medical institutions and provide reference for the continual improvement of the management of rented surgical instruments. Methods New 6 S management, namely, "sort, stabilize, shine, standardize, sustain, safety", was applied to the management of rented surgical instruments in orthopedics, and effects of the approach were observed after one month’s implementation. Results After adopting 6 S, the contamination rate, damage rate, loss rate and wet packet rate of surgical instruments were significantly reduced, while the early release rate of instruments increased considerably. Besides, medical staff’s satisfaction increased from 70% to 85.2%. Conclusion The application of 6 S management in rented surgical instruments management in orthopedics is effective in reducing the risk of nosocomial infection, promoting the satisfaction of medical staff, and improving the safety of surgical operations.
