摘　　要：航空保险在我国拥有广阔的发展前景,但仍面临突发公共卫生事件等诸多不确定性因素的挑战。就突发公共卫生事件如何通过客运量和投保意愿对航空保险产生影响展开分析,并基于某航旅企业所提供的数据对新冠疫情中航空保险受到的影响进行检验。研究发现:新冠疫情下,航空保险保单量与航空客运量表现出基本同步的变动趋势,呈左高右低的“勾状”曲线,同时,投保率数据的上升代表着旅客拥有更高的投保意愿,印证了疫情对航空保险影响的传导过程。最后,总结了突发公共卫生事件对航空保险的影响及传导路径,并从消费场景、产品提供者和经营主体的角度提出促进航空保险发展的相关建议,对具有复合特征的行业交叉领域的疫情影响分析具有一定参考意义。Aviation insurance is a promising industry in China,but still faces uncertainties such as public health emergencies.The paper analyzes how public health emergencies affect aviation insurance through passenger volume and passenger willingness to get insured,and examines the impact of COVID-19 on aviation insurance based on the data provided by an airline.The study finds that the number of airline insurance policies and the number of airline passengers during the epidemic show a trend of synchronization,with a“hook”curve higher on the left and lower on the right.Meanwhile,the increasing number of insurance policies represents a higher willingness of passengers to get insured,which proves the existence of the impact of the epidemic on the airline insurance.Finally,the paper summarizes the impact of public health emergencies on aviation insurance and the transmission path,and proposes suggestions to promote the development of aviation insurance from the perspectives of consumption scenarios,product providers and business entities,which is of relevance for the analysis of the impact of epidemics in cross-sectoral industries with composite characteristics.
