维生素D_(3)补充联合胰岛素干预治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨维生素D_(3)补充联合胰岛素干预治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法将200例初诊2型糖尿病患者以单双号随机化分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片,观察组给予维生素D_(3)补充联合胰岛素干预(生物合成人胰岛素注射液)治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的HbA1c、FBG及2 h PBG均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的HOMA-IR均降低,HOMA-β及25(OH)D_(3)水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的0.5 h胰岛素、2 h胰岛素水平及AUCG、AUCI均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素D_(3)补充联合胰岛素干预治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者,能够降低血糖水平,减轻胰岛素抵抗,改善胰岛β细胞功能。Objective To explore the effect of vitamin D_(3)supplement combined with insulin intervention on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 200 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and observation group by odd and even number randomized grouping method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was given vitamin D_(3)supplement combined with insulin intervention(biosynthetic human insulin injection).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,FBG and 2 h PBG of the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HOMA-IR of the two groups decreased,HOMA-βand 25(OH)D_(3)levels increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 0.5 h insulin,2 h insulin,AUCG and AUCI in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D_(3)supplement combined with insulin intervention in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic mellitus patients can decrease blood glucose level,reduce insulin resistance and improve islet functionβcell function.
