摘　　要：目的探讨改良换药前预处理联合异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料覆盖对小儿烫伤换药后惊厥的影响。方法选取2019年1月至12月我院收治的40例烫伤患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各20例。对照组采用常规换药前预处理联合常规换药,研究组采用改良换药前预处理联合异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料覆盖。比较两组患儿的惊厥发生情况、创面愈合时间、创面感染情况及患儿家属的满意度。结果研究组患儿的惊厥总发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的创面感染情况无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组患儿家属的满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论改良换药前预处理联合异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料覆盖可降低小儿烫伤换药后惊厥发生率缩短创面愈合时间,提高患儿家属的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of modified pretreatment before dressing change combined with xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix dressing on convulsion after dressing change in children with scald.Methods A total of 40 children with scald admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the children were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional pretreatment before dressing change combined with conventional dressing change,and the study group was treated with modified pretreatment before dressing change combined with xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix dressing.The convulsion,wound healing time,wound infection and the satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of convulsion in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wound infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the family members in the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified pretreatment before dressing change combined with xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix dressing can reduce the incidence of convulsion,shorten the wound healing time and improve the satisfaction of children's family members.
