乌灵胶囊联合鼓室内灌注地塞米松治疗慢性耳鸣的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乌灵胶囊联合鼓室内灌注地塞米松治疗慢性耳鸣的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月至2019年9月本院收治的80例慢性耳鸣患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,50只患耳)和观察组(40例,48只患耳)。对照组给予地塞米松鼓室内灌注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乌灵胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、听力水平、耳鸣致残风险、睡眠质量、心理状态、生存质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组AC、BC、ABG低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组THI各项评分及PSQI、SCL-90评分低于对照组,WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合鼓室内灌注地塞米松治疗慢性耳鸣患者效果显著,可改善听力水平、睡眠质量及心理状态,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wuling capsule combined with tympanic reperfusion of dexamethasone in the treatment of chronic tinnitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic tinnitus admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(40 cases,50 ears)and observation group(40 cases,48 ears)according to random number table method.The control group was given dexamethasone tympanic reperfusion treatment,and the observation group combined with Wuling capsule treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hearing level,tinnitus disability risk,sleep quality,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,AC,BC and ABG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,THI,PSQI and SCL-90 scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and WHOQOL-100 score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with tympanic reperfusion of dexamethasone in the treatment of patients with chronic tinnitus has a significant effect,which can improve the hearing level,sleep quality and psychological state and improve the quality of life of patients.
