摘　　要：目的探究308 nm准分子光联合祛白酊治疗白癜风的效果及对患者皮损情况、免疫功能的影响。方法选择2018年10月至2019年10月本院收治的110例白癜风患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组55例。对照组给予祛白酊治疗,联合组给予308 nm准分子光联合祛白酊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、皮损复色情况、血清指标水平、免疫功能。结果治疗3个月后,联合组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,联合组额部、鼻部、眼部、颊部皮损复色时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,联合组的α-MSH水平高于对照组,IL-2、ICAM1水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,联合组CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)、IFN-γ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论308 nm准分子光联合祛白酊对白癜风患者有较好的治疗效果,可显著缩短患者皮损处恢复的时间,提升机体黑色素分泌水平,改善其免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of 308nm excimer light combined with Qu-Bai tincture in the treatment of vitiligo and its influences on skin lesions and immune function of patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with vitiligo treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and combined group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qu-Bai tincture,and the combined group was given 308 nm excimer light combined with Qu-Bai tincture.The therapeutic effect,time of color restoration of the skin lesions,serum index level and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the time of color restoration of the skin lesions in the forehead,nose,eyes and buccal of the combined group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the level ofα-MSH in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of IL-2 and ICAM1 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,CD4^(+)in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,while CD8^(+)and IFN-γlevel were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 308 nm excimer light combined with Qu-Bai tincture has a good therapeutic effect in patients with vitiligo,which can significantly shorten the recovery time of skin lesions,enhance the level of melanin secretion and improve immune function.
