龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗皮肤疾病临床验案三则

摘　　要：龙胆泻肝汤出自清代汪昂的《医方集解》,常用于治疗以肝胆实火、肝胆湿热为主要证型的疾病,其在中医脏腑辨证中应用较多。依据中医整体观念,符合肝胆实火或肝胆湿热证型的临床诸证,不论患者临床表现如何,均可异病同治。通过分析龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗皮肤疾病的三则验案发现,对于湿疹、银屑病、痤疮、带状疱疹等,除采用子母补泻、循经取穴等针灸治疗或拔罐治疗外,亦可采用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗。本文就龙胆泻肝汤治疗以肝胆实火、肝胆湿热为主要证型的各类皮肤病的疗效作一介绍。Longdan Xiegan decoction is from WANG Ang's"collection of medical prescriptions"in Qing dynasty,which is often used to treat diseases with liver and gallbladder excess fire,liver and gallbladder wetness-heat as the main syndrome type.It is widely used in TCM viscera syndrome differentiation.According to the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical syndromes of liver and gallbladder excess fire or liver and gallbladder wetness-heat can be given same treatment for different diseases regardless of the clinical manifestations of the patients.Through the analysis of three cases of skin diseases treated by Longdan Xiegan decoction,it is found that eczema,psoriasis,acne,herpes zoster,in addition to acupuncture treatment such as Zimu Buxie,acupoint selection along meridians and cupping treatment,Longdan Xiegan decoction can also be used.This paper introduces the therapeutic effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of various skin diseases with liver and gallbladder excess fire and liver and gallbladder wetness-heat as the main syndrome.
