摘　　要：目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在防范普外科非计划性拔管(UEX)中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年11月在普外科行常规管路护理的73例患者作为对照组,另选取2019年1月至2020年11月在对照组基础上行FMEA管理的73例患者作为干预组。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预组的UEX总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的各项失效模式RPN值均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的管道固定、标识、通畅、健康教育、护士责任、交接合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FMEA管理应用于普外科护理管理中,有助于降低UEX发生率,提高管道护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in prevention of unplanned extubation(UEX)in general surgery department.Methods A total of 73 patients with routine pipeline nursing management in general surgery department from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as control group,and 73 patients with FMEA management on the basis of the control group from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as intervention group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of UEX in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statisically significant(P<0.05).The RPN values of each failure mode in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statiscally significant(P<0.05).The qualification rate of pipeline fixation,identification,patency,health education,nurse responsibility and handover in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FMEA management applied to nursing management in general surgery department can help to reduce the incidence of UEX and improve the quality of pipeline nursing.
