摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA护理管理模式对骨科全麻术后转运交接质量的影响。方法收集2019年1月至2020年3月在本院接受骨科全麻手术治疗的360例患者的临床资料,按照术后转运交接护理管理方式的不同将其分为对照组(160例,常规护理)和观察组(200例,PDCA护理管理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组病房准备、手术室、电梯等待时间及工作人员交接耗时均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组转运交接期间相关护理缺陷事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组吸氧设备、监护设备、药品、床铺准备率均高于对照组,患者、家属满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA护理管理用于骨科全麻患者术后转运交接中,可有效提高总体护理质量,减少护理缺陷,提升患者护理满意度。Objective To explove the effect of PDCA nursing management mode on the quality of transfer handover after general anesthesia in orthopedics department.Methods The clinical data of 360 patients who received orthopedic general anesthesia surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were collected,and the patients were divided into control group(160 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(200 cases,PDCA nursing management)according to the different nursing management methods of postoperative transfer handover.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The waiting time of ward preparation,operating room,elevator and staff handover in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of nursing defect events during transport handover in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The preparation rates of oxygen inhalation equipment,monitoring equipment,drugs and beds in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction scores of patients and family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA nursing management can effectively improve the overall quality of nursing,reduce nursing defects and improve patients'nursing satisfaction in the postoperative transport handover of orthopedic patients under general anesthesia.
