摘 要:目的:研究在特定CT诊断条件下热释光剂量计(thermoluminescence dosimeter,TLD)测量输出X射线剂量的准确度。方法:分别使用TLD和电离室剂量计(ionization chamber dosemeter,ICD)测量在CT管电压120kV、管电流范围50~400 mAs诊断条件下的输出剂量值,横向比较CT设定、ICD和TLD三者测得的容积CT剂量指数(volume CT dose index,CTDIvol),并进行相对误差计算和TLD数据线性分析。使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:使用ICD和TLD测量的CTDIvol结果无明显差异(P>0.05);ICD和TLD与CT设定的CTDIvol的最大相对误差分别为7.31%和9.62%,均低于国家相关标准限值;且TLD测量的CTDIvol整体呈线性关系,拟合效果良好(R2=0.9964)。结论:TLD可用于测量CT输出X射线剂量,总体准确度较高,可为120kV诊断条件下的辐射剂量学研究提供参考。Objective To study the accuracy of measuring the output X-ray dose using thermoluminescence dosimeter(TLD)under CT specific exposure conditions.Methods The output dose values were measured using the TLD and an ionization chamber dosimeter(ICD)at a CT tube voltage of 120kV and tube current settings at 50-400 mAs,respectively.The results volume CT dose index(CTDIvol)measured by the CT settings,ICD and TLD were compared.Relative error calculation and linear analysis of TLD data were carried out.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 software.Results The results of CTDIvol measured using ICD and TLD were not significantly different(P>0.05);the maximum relative errors of CTDIvol set by ICD,TLD and CT were 7.31%and 9.62%respectively,both of which were below the relevant national standard limits;and the overall CTDIvol measured by TLD was linear and well fitted(R2=0.9964).Conclusion The TLD can be used to measure CT output X-ray dose with high accuracy,which provides references for radiation dosimetry studies under 120kV diagnostic conditions.
