摘　　要：介绍了国内医院病案管理的现状,阐述了信息化技术在病案的存储、书写、整理、质控、查询、复印等方面的应用。通过某院的实际案例对比了使用信息化技术前后病案管理日常工作的变化,指出了病案管理信息化建设的必要性和紧迫性,以及信息化技术在病案管理中的重要作用。最后对病案管理的发展进行了展望,提出人工智能技术将成为病案管理的新助力。The current status of medical record management in China's hospitals was presented.The information technology applied in the storage,writing,collation,quality control,enquiry and copying of medical record was described.The changes in daily medical record management before and after the involvement of information technology were observed with some hospital taken as an example.The necessity and urgency of informatized medical record management were pointed out,and the important role of information technology in medical record management was expounded.Finally,an outlook on the development of medical record management was given,suggesting that artificial intelligence technology would become a new aid to medical record management.
