摘 要:传统氯乙酸法甘氨酸生产工艺中使用的催化剂乌洛托品存在用量大、易分解、难回收、影响甘氨酸品质等缺点,为了解决这些问题,进行了新型催化剂的研究。试验通过对乌洛托品相似结构的催化剂3,5-二甲基吡啶、3,8-二甲基喹啉进行对比研究,得出以3,5-二甲基吡啶代替传统氯乙酸法甘氨酸生产工艺中的催化剂乌洛托品,用量由10%减少到3%,甘氨酸收率可达到95%以上,甘氨酸含量达到98%以上,且催化剂循环套用7次后甘氨酸收率仍可达到90%以上。新型催化剂3,5-二甲基吡啶的使用,降低了生产成本,避免了环境污染风险,为甘氨酸生产工艺实现清洁化奠定了基础。Urotropine as a catalyst used in the production of glycine by the traditional chloroacetic acid method has the disadvantages of large consumption,easy decomposition,difficult recovery,affecting the quality of glycine and so on.Through the comparative study of 3,5-dimethylpyridine and 3,8-dimethylquinoline as catalysts with the similar structure to urotropine,it is concluded that 3,5-dimethylpyridine can replace the traditional catalyst of urotropine in the production process of glycine by chloroacetic acid,with reduced amount from 10%to 3%,the yield of glycine more than 95%,the content of glycine more than 98%,and the yield of glycine more than 90%after cycle use of 3,5-dimethylpyridine for seven times.The use of new catalyst 3,5-dimethylpyridine can reduce the production cost,avoid the risk of environmental pollution,and lay a foundation for the realization of clean production of glycine production process.
