环酯草醚的液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：建立环酯草醚液相色谱分析方法,为该产品质量控制提供技术支撑。采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸水溶液[55:45(体积比)]为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18不锈钢柱和具有可变波长紫外检测器对环酯草醚原药、24.3%环酯草醚悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。在229.83~839.48 mg/L的浓度范围内,环酯草醚原药和24.3%环酯草醚悬浮剂的浓度与其响应峰面积之间呈现出良好的线性相关,线性方程为y=5.31x-3.44,其相关系数为1.00;标准偏差分别为0.19、0.10;变异系数分别为0.19%、0.42%;24.3%环酯草醚悬浮剂平均回收率为100.76%。该方法操作简便、快速、准确,分离效果好,是环酯草醚较为理想的分析方法。This study was to provide technical support for pyriftalid quality control by establishing the HPLC analysis method.The method was developed for the separation and determination of pyriftalid TC、pyriftalid 24.3%SC,using acetonitrile+phosphoric acid aqueous solution[55∶45(volume ratio)]as mobile phase,by high performance liquid chromatography on ZORBAX SB-C18 column with variable wave length and UV detector.In the concentration range of 229.83~839.48 mg/L,the concentration of pyriftalid TC、pyriftalid 24.3%SC showed a fine linear correlation with the response peak area.The linear equation was y=5.31x-3.44,the linear correlation coefficient was 1.00,the standard deviation were 0.19、0.10,the variation coefficient were 0.19%、0.42%,the average recovery was 100.76%respectively for pyriftalid TC and pyriftalid 24.3%SC.This method has the advantages of simple operation,rapidity,accuracy and well separation effect.It is a preferred analytical method for pyriftalid.
