吡氟酰草胺与异丙隆混配对冬小麦田一年生杂草室内配方筛选及田间试验防效探索

摘　　要：为了筛选出高效、安全的吡氟酰草胺与异丙隆的混配悬浮剂,以室内活性测定为基础,测定了吡氟酰草胺、异丙隆不同配比混用的除草活性。试验结果表明,吡氟酰草胺与异丙隆混配对冬小麦田禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草均有相加或增效作用,其中二者以质量比5∶50混配的ED50最小,增效作用最为明显。55%吡氟酰草胺·异丙隆悬浮剂防除冬小麦田一年生杂草药效试验结果表明:55%吡氟酰草胺·异丙隆悬浮剂能有效防除冬小麦田棒头草、早熟禾、牛繁缕、猪殃殃、毛茛、泥胡菜和小飞蓬,田间推荐用量为130~150 mL/666.7 m^(2)(1072.5~1237.5 g ai/hm^(2)),药后45 d后防效在90%以上。试验浓度范围内55%吡氟酰草胺·异丙隆悬浮剂对小麦生长安全,对施药区天敌昆虫无明显影响。试验表明,吡氟酰草胺与异丙隆复配悬浮剂可作为防治冬小麦田杂草的推荐药剂。In order to develop the mixture of diflufenican and isoproturon,the control effect of mixtures of diflufenican and isoproturon in different proportions to weeds was determined based on experiment activity tests.The results showed that mixtures of diflufenican and isoproturon had additive or synergized action against grass and broadleaf weeds in winter wheat fields,in which when diflufenican mixed with isoproturon at the proportion of 5∶50,the synergized action was the most.The field tests showed that diflufenican·isoproturon 55%SC could effectively control annual weeds in winter wheat field,such as Polypogon fugax,Poa pratensis,Malachium aquaticum,Galium aparine,Ranunculus,Hemistepta lyrata and Conyza canadensis with the control effect of more than 95%at 45 days after treatments.This mixture is safe to wheat,beneficial insects and natural enemies and can be recommended to control weeds in winter wheat fields with the recommended dose of 130~150 mL/666.7 m^(2)(1072.5~1237.5 g ai/hm^(2)).
