摘 要:基于京雄城际铁路雄安站站台工程,通过方案选型、设计计算、节点设计、施工方案等方面研究,总结高铁站台工业化建造综合技术。经综合比较,最终选定装配整体式框架结构+SPD预应力空心叠合板方案进行进一步深化研究、细化。研发了复合吸声预制站台墙板并优化节点构造。高铁站台工业化建造技术、产品和体系的研发和深化,满足了高铁站台安全性、耐久性、舒适性、节能降噪、经济性和便于施工等要求。Based on the platform project of Xiong'an Station of Beijing-Xiongan Intercity Railway,the comprehensive technology of industrialization construction of high-speed railway platform is studied through the research and development of scheme selection,design calculation,node design and construction scheme.After comprehensive comparison and expert demonstration,authors finally select the scheme of assembling integral frame structure and SPD prestressed hollow laminated plate for further study and refinement.The composite sound absorption prefabricated platform wall is developed and the joint structure is optimized.The research and development and deepening of industrialization construction technology,products and systems of high-speed railway platform meet the requirements of safety,durability,comfort,energy saving and noise reduction,economy and convenience for construction.
