摘 要:水热处理是一种极具潜力的污泥处理方式,而在处理过程中添加辅料是影响产物性质的重要因素之一。在污泥水热处理过程中添加不同比例竹屑(0、25%、50%,以质量分数计),研究衍生的污泥-竹屑生物炭(以下简称生物炭)的理化性质、结构、重金属总量与形态及其生态风险的变化。结果表明:添加竹屑能显著降低生物炭的pH、H/C、N/C,增大其比表面积,明显提高生物炭芳香化程度。同时,其重金属总量随竹屑添加比例的升高显著下降,而生物炭中各种重金属(Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn)由不稳定态向相对稳定态转化,风险评价显示生物炭的生态风险较污泥明显下降。研究结果为城市污泥和农林废弃物协同处理提供了一条新的途径。In recent years,the hydrothermal carbonization is considered to be a promising method to treat the sewage sludge.Additive in treatment is one of the most important factors affecting the properties of the products.The physicochemical properties,structure and total contents and speciation of heavy metals(Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn)of the derived sewage sludge-bamboo sawdust biochar(biochar for short)were studied and the ecological risks of the biochar were assessed,by addition of different proportions of bamboo sawdust(0,25%,50%,measured by mass fraction).The results showed that blending bamboo sawdust with sewage sludge for co-hydrothermal carbonization could significantly reduce the pH,H/C and N/C of biochar,increase its specific surface area and significantly increase the aromatic degree of biochar.At the same time,the total contents of heavy metals decreased significantly with the increase of bamboo sawdust addition,while the heavy metals in biochar transformed from the unstable state to the relatively stable state,indicating that the ecological risk of the biochar decreased.The risk assessment criteria also confirmed this result.This study provided a new way for the synergistic treatment of municipal sewage sludge and the agroforestry waste.
