摘 要:2010—2016年,广州市能源活动碳排放呈总量上升、强度下降态势。随着广州市经济结构转型,工业碳排放已达到峰值,交通运输成为能源活动最大的排放源。2016年广州市油品消费约占能源消费总量的60%,油品燃烧碳排放量占能源活动碳排放总量的58%,其中63%来源于交通运输排放;煤炭消费约占能源消费总量的25%,煤炭燃烧碳排放量占能源活动碳排放总量的34%,其中78%来源于能源工业排放。在梳理广州市能源活动领域排放特征的基础上,重点分析交通运输、能源工业两个部门的排放特征,并提出节能减排应对策略,同时对能源活动领域减排提出相应的政策建议。From 2010 to 2016,the total amount of carbon emission from energy activities in Guangzhou increased and the intensity decreased.With the transformation of economic structure in Guangzhou,industrial emission has peaked,and the transportation has became the largest source of energy emissions.In 2016,oil consumption accounted for about 60%of total energy consumption,and the carbon emissions generated accounted for about 58%of energy activity carbon emissions,of which 63%came from transportation emissions;coal consumption accounted for 25%,and carbon emissions accounted for 34%,78%of which came from energy industry emissions.Emission characteristics of energy activities of Guangzhou city were analyzed,transportation and energy industries were particularly analyzed.And countermeasures and corresponding policy recommendations for energy conservation and carbon reduction were also proposed.
