摘 要:电子设备的可靠性增长工作是通过充分暴露设备的故障源,并经过相应的措施使故障源消失,从而使电子设备的可靠性提高。航空、航天领域中对于电子设备的可靠性增长管理已做了些研究,鉴于舰船电子设备研究起步较晚,且相关可靠性增长资料较少,论文系统的对舰船电子设备的可靠性增长管理、可靠性增长模型、加速可靠性增长试验、可靠性增长评估等方法进行了研究,希望为舰船电子设备的可靠性增长提供有效的借鉴方法。The work of increasing the reliability of electronic equipment is to fully expose the source of the fault of the equip⁃ment and to eliminate the source of the fault through corresponding measures,thereby improving the reliability of the electronic equipment.In the field of aeronautics and astronautics,some research has been done on the reliability growth management of elec⁃tronic equipment.In view of the late start of the ship's electronic equipment and the lack of relevant reliability growth information,in this paper,the methods of reliability growth management,reliability growth model,reliability growth test and reliability growth eval⁃uation of ship electronic equipment are systematically studied,in order to provide effective reference for improving the reliability growth of ship electronic equipment.
