摘　　要：目的探讨在DSA引导下猪尾巴导管缠绕法调整异位输液港导管的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析自2014年10月至2021年3月在DSA下处理的13例输液港导管异位患者的临床资料,同侧颈内静脉9例,同侧锁骨下静脉2例,对侧头臂静脉2例。其中12例使用猪尾巴导管缠绕法调整,1例未调整,评估该技术的成功率及其安全性。随访时间6个月。结果12例输液港导管异位调整成功,1例造影时发现出现靶血管血栓,终止操作。13例无出现并发症。结论DSA下猪尾巴导管缠绕法能够安全有效地调整异位输液港导管。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the pigtail catheter winding method under DSA-guided to adjust the ectopic infusion port catheter.Methods From October 2014 to March 2021,the clinical data of 13 patients with ectopic infusion port catheter treated under DSA were retrospectively analyzed,including 9 cases of ipsilateral internal jugular vein,2 cases of ipsilateral subclavian vein and 2 cases of contralateral cephalo brachial vein.Among them,12 cases were adjusted with pigtail catheter winding method,and 1 case was not adjusted.The success rate and safety of the technique were evaluated.The follow-up time was 6 months.Results 12 cases of ectopic catheters were successfully adjusted,and 1 case was found to have a target blood vessel thrombus during angiography,and the operation was terminated.No complications occurred in 13 cases.Conclusion The pigtail catheter winding method under DSA was safe and effective to adjust the ectopic infusion port catheter.
