摘　　要：综述了挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)用聚苯乙烯的生产技术与国内外聚苯乙烯的使用情况,以及XPS的生产技术,介绍了XPS的性能、应用及市场情况。其中,美国Dow公司的技术最优,其原料及公用工程的消耗指标较低,生产过程中品种、牌号切换方便,负荷弹性大,收率及一级品率高。XPS主要应用于住宅建筑外墙保温,小型的园林景观建筑搭建材料或者用于设计大型的景观建筑,公路、铁路、机场跑道、停车场及冷库等。This paper reviews production processes of polystyrene which is used for extruded polystyrene(XPS)and its application in China and abroad.The production processes,properties,application and market of XPS are discussed.Among which,the process developed by Dow chemical company performs the best,costing less on materials and utility consumption index.It's convenient for grade transition in the production process with high load elasticity,high yield and first-grade product rate.XPS is mainly applied in exterior wall insulation for residential buildings,building materials of small and large landscape buildings,highways,railways,airport runways,parking lots,and freezer.
