摘　　要：目的探讨ICR小鼠短期重复暴露熊果酸后的毒性作用。方法将50只ICR小鼠随机分为空白对照组,溶剂对照组和熊果酸低、中、高剂量组(5、10、15 mg/kg)。熊果酸各剂量组每日给予熊果酸灌胃,溶剂对照组给予相同剂量的0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠溶液灌胃,连续28 d后,全自动血常规分析仪检测血常规,分光光度法测定血中尿素氮、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶水平,计算脏/体比。结果与对照组比较,给予熊果酸后显著降低了雌性小鼠体重,但对血常规无显著影响(P>0.05)。熊果酸各剂量组小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶水平随给药剂量的增加而逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);谷草转氨酶的水平也随着熊果酸给药剂量的增加而逐渐降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论熊果酸具有较好的减肥作用,且有益于肝脏的健康。Objective To investigate the toxic effects of ursolic acid after repeated short-term exposure in ICR mice.Methods Fifty ICR mice were randomly divided into blank control group,solvent control group and ursolic acid low,medium and high dose groups(5,10,15 mg/kg).Ursolic acid groups were given ursolic acid by gavage every day,and the solvent control group was given the same dose of 0.5%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution by gavage.After 28 consecutive days,the blood routine was detected by automatic blood routine analyzer.The levels of bun,Cr,TC,TG,ALT and AST in blood were determined by spectrophotometry,and the visceral/body ratio was calculated.Results Compared with the control group,ursolic acid significantly reduced the weight of female mice,but had no significant effect on blood routine(P>0.05).The level of ALT in serum of ursolic acid groups decreased gradually with the increase of the dosage of ursolic acid(P<0.05);and the level of AST also decreased with the increase of ursolic acid dosage,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ursolic acid has good weight loss effect and is beneficial to liver health.
