摘　　要：在万物互联的时代背景下,重新审视住宅建筑作为个体连接单元的新型空间内涵,总结物联时代居住功能的复合性和空间的灵活可变性,梳理开放建筑体系的概念和发展,分析SI住宅体系与物联时代租住需求的契合之处。在新技术的支持下,本文结合“互联网+SI住宅”案例,提出基于开放建筑体系的物联网租赁型住宅模式探索的新方向。In the context of the era of the Things of Internet,this paper reexamines the new spatial connotation of residential buildings as individual connection units and summarizes the complex nature of residential functions and flexible flexibility of space in the era of Things of Internet.This paper combs the concept and development of Open Building System,and analyzes the fit between SI Housing System and rental demand in the era of IOT from its realization mode and function goal.Finally,with the support of new technology and the case analysis of“Internet+SI Housing”,this paper proposes new directions of exploring the rental housing mode in the era of IOT based on Open Building System.
