摘　　要：综述清洁间歇导尿技术应用于宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留病人中的可行性、现状及护理干预。指出清洁间歇导尿技术在宫颈癌术后病人中还未得到有效推广,饮水计划的具体实施和导管的选择缺乏统一的规范,亟需大样本、多中心、高质量的随机对照研究和相关指南。It reviewed the feasibility,current status and nursing interventions of clean intermittent catheterization in patients with urinary retention after radical cervical cancer surgery.It was pointed out that clean intermittent catheterization had not been effectively promoted in patients after cervical cancer surgery,and the specific implementation of the drinking plan and the choice of catheter lacked a unified standard,and there was an urgent need for large-sample,multi-center,high-quality randomized controlled studies and related guidelines.
