摘 要:研究了PERC、PERT电池组件的衰减特性。根据目前行业对于LID及LeTID的机理,分析了PERC、PERT电池组件在LeTID测试中效率衰减及增益的原因。同时从PERC电池的生产优化方面考虑不同光注入工艺对于PERC电池衰减性能的影响,从应用角度考虑后期的恢复问题,分析了不同预处理电池光注入的效果及其稳定性。对PERT电池分析了光注入工艺对于其性能增益的稳定性研究。整体评估了PERC、PERT高效电池组件长期光诱导衰减特性,确保电池组件功率的稳定性,保证产品的可靠性。This paper mainly studied the degradation characteristics of the PERC and PERT cells and modules.According to the current industry mechanism for LID and LeTID,the reasons of efficiency degradation and improve of PERC and PERT cells and modules in LeTID test were analyzed.Meanwhile,from the perspective of PERC cell production optimization,the influences of different light injection processes on PERC cell degradation performance were considered.From the perspective of application,the later recovery is considered.The effects and stability of different pretreatment cell light injection were analyzed.The stability of the light injection process for the performance improve of PERT cell was analyzed.The long-term light induced attenuation characteristics of PERC and PERT high-efficiency battery modules were evaluated to ensure the power stability of battery modules and the reliability of products.
