摘  要:以DPF550型高岭土碟式分离机为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench以及CFD软件Fluent对高岭土碟式分离机碟片间内流场进行分析和数值模拟。分析发现,最大离心液压出现在碟片半径最大处,其液压分布规律基本符合理论离心液压分布规律,仿真值略低于理论值,存在一定的滞后现象;流体的周向速度与理论值基本一致,且湍流出现区域为入口处。通过跟踪被分离粒子轨迹,计算出了该碟式分离机的分离效率。The DPF550 Kaolin disc separator is used as the research object.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench and the CFD software Fluent are used to analyze and numerically simulate the internal flow field between the Kaolin disc separators.It is found that the maximum centrifugal hydraulic pressure has the largest disc radius,and its hydraulic distribution law basically conforms to the theoretical centrifugal hydraulic distribution law.The simulation value is slightly lower than the theoretical value,and there is a certain hysteresis;the circumferential velocity of the fluid is basically consistent with the theoretical value,and the area where the turbulence appears is the entrance.The separation efficiency of the disc separator is calculated by tracking the trajectories of the separated particles.
