摘  要:UV固化水性涂料,因其快速固化性能和优异的施工性能近年来得到了很大的重视,尤其是现在全球对环境保护都非常的重视,这种绿色环保、无毒无刺激性的涂料得到了很大的发展。因为紫外光固化水性涂料有着许多符合现代化发展的优点,十分符合全球日益增长的环境保护意识,所以在将来有非常大的发展潜力。在我国紫外光固化水性涂料已经应用到各种行业,但是由于各种行业所需涂料性能的不同,我们现在急需开发各种领域所需要的涂料配方来满足市场需求。本文总结了近年来紫外光固化水性涂料的研究进展情况,并对紫外光固化水性涂料的发展趋势进行总结和展望。UV-curable waterborne coatings have received much attention in recent years because of their fast curing performance and excellent construction performance.Especially now the global environmental protection is very important.This kind of green,non-toxic and non-irritating coatings has been greatly developed.Ultraviolet curable waterborne coatings have great potential for future development because of their many advantages in line with modern development and in line with the increasing awareness of environmental protection around the world.Ultraviolet curable waterborne coatings have been applied to various industries in China.However,due to the different performance of coatings required by various industries,it is urgent to develop coatings formulations needed in various fields to meet the market demand.This paper summarizes the research progress of UV-cured water-borne coatings in recent years,and summarizes and prospects the development trend of UV-cured water-borne coatings.
