摘　　要：随着社会经济水平的不断提高和重载铁路的不断发展,铁路电务设备智能运维系统不断涌现,该系统凭借着海量存储、信息共享、平台移动化、大数据分析等特征被广泛地应用于中国铁路中,为保证列车行驶的稳定性、可靠性和安全性提供重要平台支持。国家能源集团下属的国能包神铁路集团公司是由原包神铁路和原神朔铁路公司两家集团二级公司重组整合而成,目的是进一步深化运输产业改革、推进资源整合、打通运输节点、提升运输生产运营效率。为了最大限度地提高铁路电务设备智能运维系统运行性能,促进包神集团重载铁路的健康、可持续发展,在铁路电务智能运维系统技术的应用背景下,构建和完善铁路电务智能运维系统整体架构,并设计和完善系统相关功能,为实现系统技术创新,提高系统应用价值和应用前景打下坚实的基础。With the continuous improvement of social and economic level and the continuous development of heavy haul railway,the intelligent operation and maintenance system of railway electrical equipment is constantly emerging.The system is widely used in China’s railway by virtue of mass storage,information sharing,platform mobility,big data analysis and other characteristics,providing important platform support for ensuring the stability,reliability and safety of train operation.Guoneng Baoshen Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,a subsidiary of national energy group,is formed by the reorganization and integration of the former Baoshen railway company and the former Shenshuo railway company.Its purpose is to further deepen the reform of transportation industry,promote the integration of resources,open up transportation nodes,and improve the efficiency of transportation production and operation.In order to maximize the operation performance of intelligent operation and maintenance system of railway signaling equipment and promote the healthy and sustainable development of heavy haul railway of Baoshen group,under the application background of intelligent operation and maintenance system technology of railway signaling,the overall architecture of intelligent operation and maintenance system of railway signaling is constructed and improved,and relevant functions of the system are designed and improved,so as to realize system technology innovation and improve system application price It lays a solid foundation for the value and application prospect.
