摘  要:以钢筋混凝土梁、柱、剪力墙构件的变形指标限值为基础,提出了一种基于构件变形的结构地震损失评估方法。评估方法给出了地震损失的计算方法,通过自开发的用于PERFORM-3D后处理的程序Loss-Calculation来实现评估流程。采取该方法对不同设防烈度的常规框架-剪力墙结构进行评估,并分析了地震动强度、构件类型等因素的影响,对比评估结果后发现:①本文的评估方法能够有效计算单体建筑物在各强度地震作用下的期望损失;②结构的抗倒塌安全储备系数CMR随着设防烈度的提高而降低,高设防结构承担的倒塌风险比低设防结构高;③7.5度、8.0度和8.5度设防结构承担的地震损失风险处于同一水平,7.0度更小,6.0度最小。Based on the deformation criteria of reinforced concrete beams,columns and shear walls,a structural seismic loss assessment method based on component deformation is proposed.The evaluation method gives the calculation method of seismic loss,and realizes the evaluation process through the self-developed program loss calculation for PERFORM-3D post-processing.The results show that:①the evaluation method in this paper can effectively calculate the expected loss of single building under various earthquake intensity;②the collapse safety reserve coefficient CMR of the structure increases with the increase of seismic intensity.The results show that the collapse risk of high fortification structure is higher than that of low fortification structure;③the seismic loss risk of structure under 7.5,8.0 and 8.5 fortification intensity is at the same level,7.0 is smaller and 6.0 is the smallest.
