摘　　要：广州某医院门诊楼其中一个结构单元主体结构高度为32.10 m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。结构存在楼板不连续、立面收进、屋面大悬挑、斜柱及穿层柱等情况,为复杂超限高层建筑。介绍了结构设计中的关键技术问题,包括弹塑性动力时程分析,以及楼板应力分析、穿层柱长度系数计算、大悬挑钢结构桁架计算分析等。结果表明,结构整体设计满足设定的性能目标及规范的相关要求。One of the structural units in the outpatient building of a hospital in Guangzhou is a frame shear wall structure system with the main structure height of 32.10 m.There are some problems in the structure,such as floor discontinuity,facade retraction,roof overhanging,inclined column and through layer column,etc.Introduces the key technical problems in structural design,including elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis,floor stress analysis,calculation of length coefficient of through story column,calculation and analysis of large cantilever steel truss,etc.The results show that the overall design of the structure meets the set performance objectives and the relevant requirements of the specification.
