豫南大别山区美丽乡村生态宜居建设绩效评价的实证研究——以郝堂村为例

摘　　要：美丽乡村建设是乡村振兴工作的核心内容,建设好生态宜居的美丽乡村是开展精准扶贫、全面脱贫与防返贫等工作的现实要求.本研究以豫南大别山区的郝堂村为案例区域,以层次分析法、语义差异法为研究方法,构建了美丽乡村生态宜居建设绩效评价指标体系,比较了游客组和专家组在郝堂村生态宜居建设绩效的评价结果方面存在的差异,以期为广大省际边缘区和革命老区等连片特困地区的美丽乡村建设提供参考.研究表明:生态宜居建设仍然是美丽乡村建设的重要内容;郝堂村美丽乡村的生态宜居建设存在一定的不足;层次分析法和语义差异法在美丽乡村绩效评价领域具有广泛的应用前景.The construction of beautiful countryside is the core content of rural revitalization,and the construction of ecological and livable beautiful countryside is the practical requirement of targeted poverty alleviation,comprehensive poverty alleviation and prevention of poverty return.Taking Haotang village in the Dabie mountain area of southern Henan province as a case study area,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of ecological and livable construction in beautiful countryside by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and semantic differential(SD),and compares the evaluation results of tourist group and expert group in Haotang village.In order to provide certain reference for the construction of beautiful countryside in the vast interprovincial border areas and old revolutionary areas.The research shows that:Ecological and livable construction is still an important part of beautiful rural construction.There are some deficiencies in the construction of beautiful countryside in Haotang village.AHP and SD have wide application prospects in the field of performance evaluation of beautiful countryside.
