摘　　要：科技强国战略关系国家强盛和民族复兴,科技出版作为其中的重要一环,发挥着重要的作用。科技出版为科技强国战略的构建夯实制度基础——推动创新驱动发展战略、科教兴国战略、人才强国战略的实施;为科技强国战略的打造提供理论支持——展示科技成果、激励科技创新;为科技强国战略的实施描绘时代蓝图——弘扬时代先驱精神、歌颂当下创新人才、培育未来科技新星。The strategy of strengthening China through science and technology relates to national prosperity and rejuvenation.As an important part,sci-tech publishing plays an important role.It lays foundation for the strategy construction of strengthening China through science and technology by promoting the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education,and the strategy of strengthening China through talents;it provides a theoretical basis for the strategy building of strengthening China through science and technology by displaying scientific and technological achievements and encouraging scientific and technological innovation;it draws the contemporary blueprint for the strategy implementation of strengthening China through science and technology by carrying forward the spirit of contemporary pioneers,eulogizing current innovative talents,and cultivating new stars in science and technology in the future.
