摘 要:【目的】为了解伊犁河谷哈萨克羊消化道寄生虫感染情况,随机在特克斯县喀拉达拉乡、昭苏县洪纳海乡、尼勒克县乌拉斯台镇、新源坎苏乡、伊宁县喀拉亚尕奇乡、巩留县牛场哈萨克羊队、察布查尔锡伯自治县孙扎齐牛录镇和霍城县萨尔布拉克镇等8个县乡镇采集成、羔羊新鲜粪便1116份并进行调查,鉴定粪便中消化道线虫种类。【方法】采用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦氏计数法计算其感染率及感染强度,确定感染的优势虫种。【结果】本次调查的8个县乡镇中,共检测到毛圆形线虫、仰口线虫、食道线虫、细劲线虫、捻转血矛线虫5种消化道线虫,其中3种线虫的感染率及感染强度较高,毛圆形线虫感染率是72%,感染强度是1300;食道线虫线虫感染率是73.4%,感染强度是2280;捻转血矛线虫感染率是73.7%,感染强度是1240。初步确定伊犁州哈萨克羊消化道寄生虫优势虫种为毛圆形线虫、食道线虫、捻转血矛线虫。【结论】研究结果为制定科学合理的寄生虫感染防制措施提供参考,有助于养羊业健康发展。【Objective】To understand the infection of parasites in digestive tract of Kazak sheep in Yili Valley Area,from 8 counties which are Karadara Township of Tekes County,Hongnahai Township of Zhaosu County,Wulasitai Township of Nileke County,Xinyuan Kansu Township,Kayalagaqi Township of Yining County,Kazak sheep team of Tokkuztara County cattle farm,Sun Zhaqi Niu Lu Town of Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County and Salbulak Township of Huocheng County,a total of 1116 samples of fresh feces from their adult sheep and lambs were collected at random and conducted to identify the digestive tract nematode species in feces.【Methods】The infection rate and intensity were calculated by means of saturated brine floating method and Mcmanus counting method to identify the dominant species of infection.【Results】The results showed that five kinds of digestive tract nematodes,such as strongyloides trichophyloides,strongyloides Supinatus,nematodes oesophagus,nematodes gracilis and Haemonchus contortus were detected in the eight townships.The infection rate and the infection intensity of three kinds of nematodes were higher,among which the infection rate and the infection intensity of Strongyloides Tricolor were 72%and 1300 respectively,those of Stomatocystis oesophagus being 73.4%and 2280 respectively,and those of Haemonchus contortus being 73.7%and 1240 respectively.The dominant species were identified as Strongyloides Capillaris,nematodes oesophagus and Haemonchus contortus.【Conclusion】It provides reference for making scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures,and contributes to the healthy development of sheep industry.
