摘  要:本文使用计算流体动力学fluent软件,建立了隧道窑预热带三维物理模型,并采用结构化六面体网格对模型进行网格划分,选择realizable-k-e湍流模型,设置边界条件,对隧道窑预热带窑内气体流动进行数值模拟,研究逆吹气流的温度对温度场和速度场的影响。结果表明:逆吹气流可以有效的减小上下温差,提高截面温度的均匀性;逆吹温度为300~500℃时,截面温度均匀性最好;逆吹气流的温度越低,越容易造成产品的局部温差。This paper uses computational fluid dynamics fluent software to establish a three-dimensional physical model of the tunnel kiln preheating zone and uses a structured hexahedral grid to mesh the model,select the realizable-k-e turbulence model,set the boundary conditions,and preheat the tunnel kiln Numerical simulation of the gas flow in the belt kiln is carried out to study the influence of the angle of the back-blowing airflow on the temperature field and velocity field.The results show that Reverse blowing air flow can effectively reduce the temperature difference and improve the temperature uniformity of the cross-section;the temperature uniformity of the cross-section is the best when the temperature is 300~500℃;the lower the temperature is easy to cause the local temperature difference of the product.
