校企协同培养医学检验技术人才的实践探索

摘　　要：近几年来,第三方医学检验技术市场快速崛起,市场需求呼唤医学院校培养符合需求导向的新医学检验技术人才。然而我国目前医学检验人才培养模式变化不大,比较单一,培养的人才知识结构没有差异,严重制约我国检验医学的健康快速发展。我校医学检验技术专业通过实践校企协同办学模式,在实践教学、人才培养方案、课程体系、双师培养、科研平台共建等方面实现了转型发展、特色发展,适应了医学检验技术市场发展需求,提高了应用型人才培养质量。In recent years,with the rapid development of the third-party medical laboratory technology market,the demand of the market calls for medical colleges and universities to cultivate new medical laboratory talents who meet the demand.The specialty of Medical Laboratory Technology in our university has realized the transformation and development in practice teaching,training plan,course system,training of double teachers and the construction of scientific research platform,the quality of training applied talents has been improved.
