公共卫生类研究生就业选择与前景探析--以南方医科大学为例

摘　　要：随着“健康中国2030”战略和“构建人类命运共同体”理念的全面推开,特别是2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对医疗卫生体系的严峻考验,公共卫生类研究生的培养与发展越发受到各界关注。基于2010-2019年南方医科大学毕业研究生相关数据分析发现,公共卫生类研究生就业情况保持较好势态,博士生呈现较明显的“慢就业”特征,不同类型毕业生在就业方式、单位类型及岗位性质选择上呈现多元化趋势,但创新创业类发展仍亟待加强。未来需继续强化教育及就业政策支持,优化高校就业指导体系,以提高研究生就业质量,促进我国公共卫生体系的建设与发展。With the comprehensive promotion of the strategy of“healthy China 2030”and the idea of building a community of human destiny,especially the severe test of New Coronavirus pneumonia epidemic on the medical and health system in 2020,the training and development of public health postgraduates are more and more concerned.Based on the relevant data analysis of graduate students of Southern Medical University from 2010 to 2019,it is found that the employment situation of public health graduate students remains good,doctoral students show obvious“slow employment”characteristics,and different types of graduates show a diversified trend in the choice of employment mode,unit type and job nature,but the development of innovation and entrepreneurship still needs to be strengthened.In the future,we need to continue to strengthen the support of education and employment policies,optimize the employment guidance system of colleges and universities,so as to improve the quality of graduate employment and promote the construction and development of China’s public health system.
