摘 要:重稀土镝是HDDR Nd-Fe-B高矫顽力的关键元素,但其资源稀缺且价格昂贵,因此HDDR Nd-Fe-B去镝化成为研究的热点。为减少对重稀土的依赖,研究者们开发了晶界扩散方法提高HDDR Nd-Fe-B的矫顽力。为进一步降低成本,开展了Al粉晶界扩散优化各向异性HDDR Nd-Fe-B粉末磁性能的研究。采用Taguchi科学试验设计方法,将256(4^(4))个试验简化为16个试验,并获得了最佳晶界扩散条件,即扩散温度为600℃,扩散时间为1 h,Al添加量为3%(质量分数),研磨时间为15 min。通过分析计算获得了各因素对磁性能的影响程度,其中影响矫顽力的最重要因素是扩散温度。研究表明:Al粉能优化HDDR Nd-Fe-B磁粉晶界相,是提高Nd-Fe-B矫顽力的廉价扩散源,对HDDR Nd-Fe-B磁粉的去镝化研究及工业应用具有重要意义。Heavy rare earth element Dy is a key element for high coercivity of HDDR Nd-Fe-B powder,but it is scarce and expensive,therefore,de-Dy of HDDR Nd-Fe-B has become a research hotspot.To reduce the dependence on heavy rare earths,scholars have developed a grain boundary diffusion method to improve the coercivity of HDDR Nd-Fe-B powder.In order to further reduce costs,the research on the optimization of the magnetic properties of anisotropic HDDR Nd-Fe-B powder by grain boundary diffusion process using Al powder was carried out.By using Taguchi scientific experimental design methods,256(4^(4))experiments were simplified into 16 experiments,and the best conditions of grain boundary diffusion were obtained,that is,the diffusion temperature was 600℃,the diffusion time was 1 h,the addition amount of Al was 3%by mass,and the milling time was 15 min.The degree of influence of each factor on the magnetic properties was also obtained through analysis and calculation,and the most important factor influencing the coercivity was diffusion temperature.The study showed that Al powder could optimize the grain boundary phase of HDDR Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder,and was also an inexpensive diffusion source to improve the coercivity of Nd-Fe-B powder,which was of great significance to the research and industrial application of de-Dy HDDR Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder.
