摘 要:通过退火模拟冷拔珠光体钢丝的热镀锌过程,研究了加热过程中冷拔钢丝组织和性能的变化。并通过对退火后的冷拔钢丝进行预应力处理,确定了其扭转性能恶化的原因。结果表明:冷拔钢丝450℃加热后表层与心部的组织差异是造成其扭转性能恶化的主要原因,该组织差异表现为片状渗碳体溶解后铁素体中碳原子钉扎位错、细小碳化物重新析出。通过预应力处理减弱了碳原子对位错的钉扎作用,钢丝的扭转性能大幅度提高。Annealing process was used to simulate the hot galvanizing process of cold-drawn pearlitic steel wire,and change in microstructure and properties of cold-drawn steel wires during heating process was studied.The reason for the deterioration of torsion property of the cold-drawn steel wire after annealing was determined by prestressing treatment.The results showed that the difference in microstructure between the surface layer and the core of the cold-drawn steel wires heated at 450℃resulted in the deterioration of its torsion property.The difference in microstructure was that after the dissolution of lamellar cementite,the dislocations were pinned by carbon atoms in ferrite,and the fine carbides precipitated again.The prestressing treatment reduced the effect of carbon atoms pinning dislocations,and the torsion property of steel wires was greatly improved.
