摘  要:V形带轮是汽车发动机传动系统的重要组成部分,传统工艺生产的V形带轮有着诸多缺陷,难以满足快速发展的汽车工业的需求。基于Deform-3D有限元软件,采用螺旋进给替代传统建模方法并设置黏着接触点实现了大旋比V形带轮的旋压3D成形仿真,研究了成形过程中等效应力分布和旋轮所受载荷,对比了模拟件与成形件的尺寸数据。结果表明:在实际生产中两道次旋轮最大可承受载荷至少为87和155 kN;模拟成形件与实际试制件的齿间距最大误差为0.7%;齿槽深度最大误差为2.3%,证明了建模方法的可行性,为V形带轮旋压三维成形仿真提供了基准方法,有助于其他类型V形带轮的开发。V-shaped belt wheel is an important part of the automobile engine transmission system,the V-shaped belt wheel produced by traditional technology has many defects,which cannot meet the needs of the rapidly developing automobile industry.Based on the 3D finite element simulation software Deform-3D,the screw feed was used to replace the traditional modeling method and the adhesive contact point was set to realize the simulation of spinning in 3D forming of V-shaped belt wheel with large rotation ratio.The distribution of equivalent stress and the load on the wheel were studied in the forming process,and the size data of simulated part and formed part were compared.The results showed that the maximum load of the two-stage rotary wheel was at least 87 and 155 kN in the actual production.The maximum error of tooth spacing between simulated parts and trial-produced parts was 0.7%.The maximum error of groove depth was 2.3%,which proved the feasibility of the modeling method,and provided a reference method for the simulation of V-shaped belt wheel spinning in 3D forming,being helpful to the development of other types of V-shaped belt wheel.
