摘 要:选取6期中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS),采用双边随机前沿分析方法,从微观视角研究企业所有制异质性、劳动合同和工会身份等因素对劳资收入分配的影响。研究表明:国有企业职工相比非国有企业具有更高的议价能力,从而获得了较多的生产剩余;劳动合同、工会身份对于提高劳动者议价能力具有正效应,且对低收入劳动者比中高收入劳动者的正效应更加显著。提高劳动者工资水平应从根本上增强劳动者议价能力,就对策建议而言:国有企业要进一步破除体制机制障碍,非国有企业应更注重保护劳动者权益;构建普遍提升劳动者人力资本的长效机制;强化劳动合同法实施力度,建立有利于劳资合作共赢的工会机制。By selecting the data from 6 issues of CGSS(China General Social Survey)and adopting two-tier stochastic frontier analysis method,this paper analyses the effects of heterogeneity of enterprise ownership,employment contract and trade union identity on labor wage income distribution from a micro perspective.The results show that the workers in state-owned enterprises have higher bargaining power than those in non-state-owned ones,and thereby,they obtain more production surplus,that the employment contract and trade union's identity have a positive effect on improving the bargaining power of workers,and that the positive effect on low-income workers is more significant than that on middle-and high-income workers.To raise the wage level of workers,we should fundamentally enhance their bargaining power.State-owned enterprises should further break up the obstacles of system and mechanism,and non-state-owned enterprises should pay more attention to the protection of workers'rights and interests.We should build a long-term mechanism to improve the human capital of workers,strengthen the implementation of the labor contract law and establish a trade union mechanism conducive to a win-win cooperation between labor and management.
