摘　　要：红四军在特殊的复杂的环境下开展党的政治建设工作,通过确立党对军队的绝对领导、实施党内教育与政治训练、制定《党代表工作大纲》,锤炼了对党忠诚的政治品格,增强了红四军党内政治理论修养的水平,在复杂的斗争实践中积累了政治经验,形成了自觉接受党内政治生活锻炼、密切联系群众等作风。红四军党内政治能力锻造的宝贵经验,至今对我们党的政治建设、作风建设等仍有着重要的启示作用。The Fourth Red Army carried out the Party's political construction work in a special and complex environment.By establishing the absolute leadership of the Party over the army,implementing the Party education and political training,formulating the"Outline of the Party Delegates'Work",it tempered the political character of loyalty to the Party,enhanced the level of inner-Party political theory accomplishment within the Fourth Red Army,accumulated political experience in the practice of complex struggles,and formed a style of work characterized by consciously accepting the training of political life within the Party and keeping in close contact with the masses.The valuable experience of the Fourth Red Army in forging the political capacity within the Party still has an important enlightening effect on our Party's political construction and working style construction.
