摘 要:为解决现有煤矿井下变电所人工值守模式的弊端以及契合智慧矿山智能、无人和安全的建设理念,从地面监控平台、井下监控分站、智能综保和联动子系统四方面出发,设计了一套集电力监控、环境检测和安防等信息一体化的无人值守变电所监控系统。在李雅庄煤矿的实际应用中,系统有效提升了变电所运维的可靠性与智能性,实现了井下变电所的无人值守,达到了保障供电安全与减员增效的目的。In order to solve disadvantages of manual on-duty mode for existing underground substations in coal mines and conform to the concept of construction for intelligent,unattended and safe mines,a monitoring system integrating information about power monitoring,environmental detection and security was designed for unattended substations,focusing on monitoring platform above the shaft,underground monitoring substation,smart comprehensive guarantee and linkage subsystem.As shown in its actual application in Liyazhuang Coal Mine,the proposed system effectively improved the reliability and intelligence of substation operation and maintenance,realized unattended control of underground substations and attained the goal of ensuring power supply safety,downsizing payrolls and improving efficiency.
