摘　　要：北宋元丰五年施行新官制,秘书省恢复成为国家的图籍文献中心,其秘书监、著作郎、著作佐郎、秘书郎、校书郎、正字等职官被视为清要职位。然而入职秘书省并非平步青云,秘书省职官与其它监司的职官一样,依循年资、考核绩效而迁升,以致久历年资而迁延于秘书省。秘书省职官虽被人寄予厚望,但因品级较低而俸禄微薄,再加上宋代实行的“省陌”制和“折变”制,生活上经常处于困顿之中。尽管有升迁中的困难以及生活上的困窘,由于其养育人才的政治功能,秘书省依然成为文人们的向往之地。During the five years of Yuanfeng in the Northern Song Dynasty,a new official system was put into effect,and the Secretary Province was not only restored to be the national center of books and documents,but also the official positions such as Mishujian,Zhuzuolang,Zhuzuofulang,Mishulang,Xiaoshulang and Zhengzi were regarded as important posts in the Song Dynasty.However,the entry of the Secretary Province did not secure smooth promotions but as with other department Ministry officials,being promoted according to seniority and performance evaluation,resulting years of stay in Secretary Province.Secretaries of the Secretary Province were considered promising,but because of lower rank and meager salary,coupled with the implementation of new mechanism in Song Dynasty,they were trapped in an embarrassed situation.However,due to it cultivation of political potentials,Secretary Province posts were still charming for intellectuals at that time.
