摘　　要：目的探讨突发性聋(SSHL)患者的发病季节规律性。方法收集10年间348例SSHL患者的临床资料,并按照性别、年龄、单/双耳、伴随症状和诱因分为不同的亚组,应用圆形分布法分析总体及各亚组患者发病时间的季节规律性。结果SSHL的总体发病无显著的季节规律性,但呈现出春秋季多、夏季最少的季节性趋势;男性组具有显著季节规律性(P<0.05),以秋季发病最多;高血压组和高血糖组均有显著季节规律性(P<0.05),且发病均集中在寒冷的季节;其余各亚组均无显著的季节规律性。结论SSHL发病具有春秋季多、夏季最少的季节性趋势,男性组、高血压组和高血糖组的发病具有显著的季节规律性。Objective To investigate whether in the onset time of sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL) is seasonal.Methods The clinical data of 348 patients with SSHL in the past 10 years were collected. According to sex, age, unilateral/bilateral, accompanying symptoms and risk factors, they were divided into different subgroups. The seasonal variability in the onset of patients in general group and each subgroup was identified by circular distribution statistics.Results The overall onset of SSHL had no significant seasonal variability, but showed a seasonal trend of more in spring and autumn and least in summer. The male group had significant seasonal variability(P<0.05), and the incidence was the highest in autumn. There was significant seasonal variability in hypertension group and hyperglycemia group(P<0.05), and the incidence was concentrated in cold months. There was no significant seasonal variability in the other subgroups.Conclusion The onset of SSHL has seasonal trend of more in spring and autumn and the least in summer. The onset of SSHL in male group, hypertension group and hyperglycemia group has significant seasonal variability.
