摘  要:为了保证模切零件右夹板的装配互换性,必须对其定位特征和螺钉孔组进行精度控制,设定合理的公差规范方案。根据右夹板零件的装配特点和几何功能需求,给出了4种不同的设计/标注方案,并采用三维公差分析软件CETOL对4种不同的公差规范方案进行分析研究。研究结果表明:仅采用尺寸公差控制孔组的相对位置精度所产生的公差累积现象较为明显,而采用位置度公差控制孔组的相对位置精度可较好地避免公差累积;若在标注位置度公差时采用最大实体原则(最大实体原则应用于被测要素或基准要素),能够在保证装配互换性的前提下实现孔组位置度公差的公差补偿和基准偏移补偿,可以进一步扩大公差范围,提高零件合格率。In order to ensure the assembly interchangeability of the right clamping plate of the die-cutting parts,the positioning features on the part and the screw hole group must be accurately controlled and a reasonable tolerance specification program must be set.According to the assembly characteristics and geometric functional requirements of the right clamping plate,four different design/marking schemes were given,and the four different tolerance specification schemes were analyzed and studied using the three-dimensional tolerance analysis software CETOL.The research results show that the tolerance accumulation phenomenon caused by only using dimensional tolerances to control the relative position accuracy of the hole group is more obvious,while which can be better avoided by using position tolerance to control the relative position accuracy of the hole group;if it is used when labeling the position tolerance,the maximum substance principle(the maximum substance principle applied to the measured elements or the reference elements)can achieve tolerance compensation and reference offset compensation for hole group position tolerances on the premise of ensuring assembly interchangeability,and further expand the tolerance range,improve the qualified rate of parts.
