摘 要:阐述了热处理产业的技术属性与经济属性,从4个方面重塑热处理发展理念。展望了热处理产业发展前景,提出热处理行业的重点发展方向包括智能制造、绿色制造和服务型制造。提出广东热处理行业的作为与发展预期,并提出把建立“模具真空热处理关键技术”“汽车零部件和智能化产品的精密热处理”“构建珠江西岸装备制造产业带”等关键生产领域作为着力点,建立其较为完整的、具有高度竞争力的细分技术领域的生产体系。The technical and economic attributes of heat treatment industry were expounded,and the development concept of heat treatment was reshaped from four aspects.The development prospect of heat treatment industry was prospected,and the key development directions of heat treatment industry were put forward,including intelligent manufacturing,green manufacturing and service-oriented manufacturing.Guangdong′s heat treatment industry was expected to act and develop.It was proposed to establish a relatively complete and highly competitive production system in subdivided technology fields,such as“key technology of mold vacuum heat treatment”“precision heat treatment of auto parts and intelligent products”“construction of equipment manufacturing industrial belt on the West Bank of the Pearl River”.
