Aiming at the problem of threaded connection failure of premium connections,a three-dimensional finite element model of premium connections was established, and the effect of stress on the joint threads under the action of make-up torque and axial load was studied. The results show that the equivalent stress of the whole thread will decrease first and then increase with the increase of bearing surface angle when the load surface angle is-4°,-3°and 3°.The mises equivalent stress of the thread is small when the bearing surface angle is-4°,-3°and 3°,and the distribution along the thread teeth is more uniform. As the angle of the thread guide surface increases, the stress at the thread first increases and then decreases. When the guide surface angle is greater than 20°,the unevenness of the stress distribution at the thread increases, resulting in an increase in the stress at the shoulder, the sealing performance and connection strength are reduced;when the angle of the guide surface is 10°~25°,the thread equivalent stress is more evenly distributed along the thread teeth, and is less than the material yield limit, and the thread connection performance is better. The research results have certain reference significance for the design of premium connections.
