摘 要:目前PLC控制系统调试中,无论是全硬件调试还是半实物仿真调试,两种调试方式在实际教学中都存在成本高的缺点,同时学生需要到实训室才能进行调试,给学生学习PLC带来了困难。利用中间件OPC SERVER软件,把PLC编程软件与MCGS组态软件联系起来,联合实现PLC控制系统全软件仿真。学生自己在电脑上随时都可仿真PLC控制系统。这种全软件仿真调试成本低,学生无需到实训室就可进行调试,节约学习时间,缓解实训室压力。通过对3层电梯控制系统PLC实现进行调试仿真,验证了全软件仿真的可行性,对PLC课程学习带来了方便。At present,in the debugging of PLC control system,whether it is full hardware debugging or hardware in the loop simulation debugging,the two debugging methods have the disadvantage of high cost in the actual teaching.At the same time,students need to go to the training room to debug,which brings difficulties for students to learn PLC.Using the middleware OPC SERVER software,the PLC programming software and MCGS configuration software were combined to realize the full software simulation of PLC control system.Students can simulate PLC control system at any time on the computer.This full software simulation debugging cost is low,students do not need to go to the training room to debug,save learning time,relieve the pressure of the training room.Through the debugging and simulation of the PLC realization of the three floor elevator control system,the feasibility of the full software simulation is verified,which brings convenience to the study of PLC course.
