摘  要:电梯限速器-安全钳在运行过程中,经常出现联动失效现象,给电梯及人员的安全构成了严重威胁。为提高电梯限速器-安全钳的运行安全性,有必要对其联动过程进行分析研究。为此,在分析限速器-安全钳结构特点及工作原理基础上,从多种因素方面,找到了其联动试验失效原因及失效规律,并有针对性地提出了多种避免联动失效的解决措施,对电梯限速器-安全钳在设计、安装及维护保养环节起到重要指导和参考作用。In the process of elevator governor safety gear,linkage failure often occurs,which poses a serious threat to the safety of elevator and personnel.In order to improve the operation safety of elevator speed limiter safety gear,it is necessary to analyze the linkage process.Therefore,based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and working principle of the speed governor safety gear,the failure causes and failure rules of the linkage test were found from various factors,and a variety of solutions to avoid the linkage failure were proposed,which played an important guiding and reference role in the design,installation and maintenance of elevator speed governor safety gear.
