摘  要:有载分接开关是电弧炉变压器重要组件,其电气故障可导致变压器直接退出运行,所以掌握有载分接开关典型故障分析知识,并制定有针对性的保护方案,可为冶炼行业供电系统安全运行提供必要保障。通过对有载分接开关典型故障引起变压器火灾案例的描述和详细分析,总结出有载分接开关只允许在空载条件下或额定载荷下但需在合闸涌流平息后才能操作,否则激磁涌流会导致有载开关选择器动作过程中过载,进而引起有载开关故障。而对于有效保护变压器有载开关的安全运行,完善的变压器保护系统和规范的员工操作流程二者缺一不可。The on-load tap changer is an important component of electric arc furnace transformer,and its electric fault can lead to the transformer′s direct quit from operation.Therefore,mastering the typical fault analysis knowledge of the on-load tap changer and developing the targeted protection schemes can provide necessary guarantee for the safe operation of power supply system in the smelting industry.Through the description and analysis of transformer fire cases caused by typical faults of on-load tap changer,the conclusion was drawn that the on load tap changer could only be operated under no-load condition or rated load,but only after the closing inrush current subsides,otherwise the excitation inrush current would cause overload in the action process of on load switch selector,and then caused on load switch fault.And to effectively protect the safe operation of transformer on load switch,perfect transformer protection system and standardized staff operation process are indispensable.
