锂冷空间堆气液分离器选型初探

摘  要:锂冷空间堆运行时产氦,对其锂回路传热有不利影响。可在其锂回路设计气液分离器除去锂中的氦,设计气液分离器需要选择合适的参考模型。文章通过考虑锂冷空间堆除氦的技术要求,如空间微重力环境、耐高温等,分析气液分离的基本原理、典型气液分离器的特点,建议选择SP100气液分离器为参考模型、难熔金属为分离器的加工材料、水回路试验为前期研究方法。文章的研究方法和建议可为锂冷空间堆的研究设计提供参考。The lithium-cooled space reactor produces helium during operation,which has an adverse effect on the heat transfer of its lithium loop.A gas-liquid separator can be designed in its lithium loop to remove helium from lithium.In order to design a gas-liquid separator,we need to select a suitable design reference model.Based on all-round consideration of the technical requirements of lithium-cooled space reactor for helium separation,such as space microgravity environment,high temperature resistance,etc.,this paper analyzes the basic principles of gas-liquid separation and the characteristics of typical gas-liquid separators,suggests selecting SP100 gas-liquid separator as the reference model,refractory metal as the material for it,and the water circuit test as its preliminary research method.The research methods and suggestions of this paper can provide references for the research and design of lithium cold space reactor.
